Podcast I listened to today:
This was such a cool podcast to listen to because Jamie is one of my best friends, and I’d heard so many of these stories from her already, but I also learned a lot of new, vulnerable tidbits about her. And I’d never heard it from Nico’s perspective before, so that was trippy. (And yes, I am a Younger fan…how can I not be!?) They talk about food issues, love, connection, career struggles and a lot more.

Therapy modality I’m researching:
I’m very interested in learning more about EMDR therapy, and I’m currently doing some research into it. I figured I’d share the link in case some of you find it interesting or useful.
Oil I’m researching:
Ever since I drank the High Vibe drink at Cafe Gratitude the other day, my mind has been opened to cannabidiol (aka CBD oil) and its uses and benefits. Just scratching the surface of this but why not take you guys along for the ride?
