I’ve been making green smoothies for awhile now, and I’ve been pretty much sticking to the same formula. Fresh kale or spinach, maybe some fruit, almond milk or coconut water, perhaps some superfoods like cacao, maca etc.
But the problem is — sometimes I wake up and realize I’m out of kale. That means no green smoothie for me that day. Sad!
My beautiful friend Rachel Johnson changed all of that for me. She introduced me to Amazing Grass Green Superfood, and I’ve been using it for the past 2 days now. This green superfood powder is PERFECT for days when I’m out of fresh greens, or to add in addition to the greens.
