Hey guys!

I just created a new free guide for you, based on 3 things I’ve been focused on a LOT lately. Not only in my own life, but in the lives of my friends, the people I love, and the patients I work with at Dr. Lipman‘s office.

You’re probably wondering – how can I possibly list 3 things that will
make people healthier no matter what? No matter if you’re vegetarian, vegan, paleo, gluten-free, or you don’t care about diet at all…whether you’re sick or well or somewhere in between?

I feel very strongly about these 3 things. For everyone.

No matter who you are.
No matter what you eat.

Yup. I’m serious.

Something I’ve noticed through my work as a health coach and wellness blogger is that although the optimal diet and exercise routine really is different for everyone, there are 3 things that will make everyone healthier across the board — no matter who you are. I don’t care what else you do to maintain your health — if you have these 3 things as your foundation, you’ll feel MUCH better than you would if you ignored these things. I’m willing to bet on it.
