I wanted to share a quick tip with you that I got from friends tonight — the Insight Timer Meditation App.
Have you guys used it? It’s free. Just search “Insight Timer” in the app store on your phone.
There are thousands of meditations to choose from, any length you want – from 5 minutes to over an hour.
Along with guided meditations, there are music tracks, talks and courses.
My friends were telling me that they do the “Morning Ritual” meditation and that it’s really powerful. I’m going to try it tomorrow morning.
I’m listening to “Floating” under the “Sleep Now” category as I write this and it’s making me so insanely relaxed it’s actually hard to write.
