Integrative Nutrition Mega Conference

Yay! I’ve been chosen as a VIP Blogger for the IIN Mega Conference coming up in Los Angeles, California on March 3-4. I figured I should do a little pre-conference write up about how excited I am. :)

In the past year, I’ve gone to IIN conferences in New York, Miami and Costa Rica, and they have been some of the best times of my life (no joke). And soon I’m heading out to Los Angeles for yet another IIN bliss-fest.

I’ve met some of my closest friends at these conferences, and every time I go to one I feel like I’ve found “my people.” People who are so passionately dedicated to spreading health and wellness throughout the world. People who are dedicating their lives to making revolutionary changes. People who have this intense inner knowingness that they are here to do something powerful and meaningful. People who have their finger on the pulse of the health and nutrition world. And of course – people to totally geek out about kale and raw chocolate with. :)

AH!

I’m especially looking forward to a couple of speakers in particular.

DAVID WOLFE – Literally, this guy gets me so amped up!! How can you not be magnetized towards his energy? I don’t know about you, but I definitely want to take advice from a guy whose mission is to have the BEST DAY EVER every day. He’s a superfood fanatic and he’s one of the reasons I enrolled at IIN in the first place.

GENEEN ROTH– Geneen rules! She focuses on emotions and hunger and that’s a HUGE part of overall health and wellness. The first time I heard her speak I was mesmerized by her compassion, strength, and her own personal story. I feel lucky to be learning from her again at Mega.

Aside from the speakers, I always love meeting new IIN friends and doing a little business brainstorming. I’m staying out there with two of my very dear friends – Jeanne Grabowski, who went through the IIN program with me and is now my ever-dedicated business buddy, and Rachel Johnson, who I met at the IIN Costa Rica conference and immediately felt like a sister to me. OH, and I’m finally going to meet one of my all-time favorite Twitter friends, Chad Hamilton, in person!! Can’t wait to tell him how cool I think he is.

My heart is literally bursting with joy.
