The only information that Healthy Crush collects are names and email addresses, for the purpose of communicating with you and sending you the information that you requested. When you enter your name and email address into one of the Healthy Crush opt-in forms, you are requesting either regular email updates from Healthy Crush, or other information in the realm of wellness, health, nutrition, personal development, health coaching, or blogging. You can reasonably expect to receive email communications from Healthy Crush relating to those topics.

Healthy Crush’s communication with email subscribers uses the lawful basis of legitimate interests for data processing. If you are subscribing to any of the opt-in forms on Healthy Crush’s website, you can reasonably expect to receive information, resources and product recommendations related to health, wellness, nutrition, health coaching, personal development, travel, self help, spirituality, or blogging.
If you opt in to a sign up form on Healthy Crush specifically requesting more information about the Institute for Integrative Nutrition or pursuing a health coaching certification, you may receive information directly from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which you can unsubscribe from at anytime.
You can easily unsubscribe from any Healthy Crush email subscription by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.
