Spirit Junkie Masterclass Recap

Hey my dear lovely friends.

I’m on a flight to Hong Kong with Gabby right now after a pretty freaking incredible week at her Spirit Junkie Masterclass training up at Kripalu.

I figured this would be a good time to write a recap because I’ve gotten a lot of questions about it and I’ve got 10 hours left on this flight. I could technically go to sleep but Gabby’s writing a book right now so I gotta be at least semi-productive. :)

First of all, if you’re not familiar with Gabby Bernstein’s work at all and have no idea what I’m even talking about (or if you are, but you just like awesome things), here are a couple of free meditations you can check out to get the idea. We did a LOT of meditating at the Spirit Junkie Masterclass (the name comes from her book, Spirit Junkie, and a lot of the material in the class comes from her book May Cause Miracles).

I’m gonna give you a quick recap of what it was like to be at the Spirit Junkie Masterclass and what it’s all about.

Spirit Junkie Masterclass is a training program that helps teachers, coaches, and healers enrich their own spiritual awareness while guiding them to elevate their brands and become greater leaders in their practice and in the world.

First off, I should clarify that this was the Level 2 training – everyone in the training had already completed Spirit Junkie Masterclass Level 1. There will be another Level 1 training in a few months (I’ll share details once they are available).

The reason Spirit Junkie Masterclass was so insanely awesome to me is for this reason. I’ve been working very closely with Gabby for almost 8 years – I’ve traveled around the world with her, going to countless events and learning the ins and outs of her entire business. The Spirit Junkie Masterclass is like taking all of that priceless, inside information I’ve learned on those long drives, plane flights and sleepovers with Gabby…but put into an incredible spiritual business training course.

Gabby is a POWERHOUSE spiritual businesswoman, like nothing I’ve ever seen before. Ever. Every time I hear her teach, I am like THIS CHICK IS CHANNELING SOME SERIOUSLY IMPRESSIVE shit.

Not to be dramatic, but I had tears in my eyes the whole time we were in the course because I realized I can barely even remember what my life was like without these tools that Gabby has given me to create the business and life of my dreams. I feel so lucky to have learned from her as my mentor, and now she is teaching it as a course, which is just epic beyond words.

The venue:

The Spirit Junkie Masterclass was at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in the Berkshires (Western MA), which is just one of the most incredibly beautiful and healing places – complete with yoga classes every day and amazing healthy food (all of us health nerds were geeking out at the salad bar every day). It’s one of my favorite places and perfect for this kind of spiritual training course. (The next Level 1 course will be in NYC).

The teachings:

Without going into TOO much detail, we focused on:

• Our own transformational story and how to use it to help others
• How to create and market digital products to sell online
• How to write a book
• How to tell a story in a compelling and meaningful way
• How to get clear on what your message is
• Public speaking – create your inspirational talk
• How to create and lead a meditation
• ….a lot more.

We spent a LOT of time on the principles from May Cause Miracles. If you want to get supercharged up with a miracle mindset, I highly recommend checking out her May Cause Miracles Digital Course.

At the Spirit Junkie Masterclass, the group of about 65 of us spent a few days workshopping all of our material and it was so helpful. I heard so many incredible, moving stories and I REALLY connected with my personal story and why I’m here to do this work. I’ll share more on that soon, but basically I realized how different my life was when I met Gabby. What I found out 7 1/2 years ago is that there is another way to live – to feel healthier, to feel more free…and I want nothing more than to connect people with resources to help them find that for themselves. Soooo, I’m gonna keep doing that.

That’s just a small part of what I uncovered over the week about myself and my business, while connecting with some seriously amazing people. Everyone there had something beautiful to share that’s going to help so many other people once they begin sharing with the world.

Anyway, I really can’t accurately describe it except it filled me with gratitude for everything I’ve learned and everything I will continue to learn. I feel like my heart was cracked open and my desire to really make a difference with my work is stronger than ever – and I have the tools to make it happen.
