I saw prep bowls for the first time on the Food Network. I thought they were just one of those unnecessary schmancy things that gourmet chefs have in their kitchens. Well, yesterday I was at Whisk and I caved. I bought prep bowls. They were just so green and enticing. I couldn’t help it! So after trying them out I must admit, they make cooking feel much more professional, clean and organized. I think I’m in love with them. Don’t let first impressions fool you. Prep bowls are amazing!
Great for separating out your ingredients and feeling like a real, live chef.
And yes, if you’re wondering, that is cilantro. I can’t stop eating it.
